As part of a series of interventions that seek to make visible the wind in different territories, the artist chooses a location in Chile where the presence of wind is a distinctive feature. In the Region of Magallanes and Chilean Antarctica -also known as the Region of the Winds- is located Puerto Williams, the southernmost city in the world, where wind gusts have reached more than 100 km/h.

Como parte de una serie de intervenciones, que buscan visibilizar el viento de diversos territorios, la artista escoge una locación en Chile donde la presencia del viento sea una característica distintiva. En la Región de Magallanes y la Antártica Chilena –también conocida como la Región de los Vientos– se emplaza Puerto Williams, la ciudad más austral del mundo, donde las rachas de viento han alcanzado más de 100 Km/H.
